One of our favorite things about this lifestyle is the people we meet. We got to know a really nice couple staying next to us. Dane Mulligan is a great musician playing gigs in the area and Kelly creates and sells beautiful jewelry.

Dane has spent a lot of time in the Lake Tahoe area and really loves it here. He offered to be our ‘tour guide’ on a day trip to Echo Lake. He was great and we are so glad we got to see this beautiful area. Candi made muffaletta sandwiches and we had a picnic in an incredible spot beside the lake.
